It has two bedrooms including a double and a twin room, along with a family shower room, the property can sleep four people. Also inside, there is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a multi-fuel stove. To the outside there is a utility, off-road parking for two cars, surrounding lawns and a rear patio with furniture. Tan Y Garth Cottage is a charming cottage in a brilliantly rural location.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Garden with lawn, patio and furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4.9 miles, pub 1.1 miles. Note: There is a steep staircase in the property, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Care to be taken on the lane leading to the property as it can get icy & muddy on occasions. Note: This property does not accept cats.
