Bright duplex penthouse in the centre of Valencia, a few metres from the Estación del Norte and Joaquín Sorolla stations. Fully equipped, it has two large bedrooms with double beds. The attic bedroom also has an extra bed. Living room with sofa bed and kitchen. Spacious and very quiet, it has large skylights that create a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Great location

Great location the apartment was super clean. We had an excellent stay. The host helped us with parking and was very knowledgeable about the area and quick to respond. Definitely would stay here again!

Spacious and comfortable

Beautiful penthouse apt on top floor with skylights. Nice loft and separation from main floor, the kids loved it.

Spacious and Lovely

Pro’s- we loved this place! Spacious. Sunny. Convenient. Great air conditioning.(Small) Con’s- important to know it’s 4 floors up stairs. Skylight windows bring in so much beautiful light, but also brings heat(air conditioning makes up for this).

Valencia stay

We enjoyed our very short stay here. It is within walking distance of the town centre, close to the train station and also near 2 different metro stations. It was easy to get the metro from the airport to this apartment. There are a few flights of stairs but our kids were ok with it. We could also check out and drop our bags off to a luggage storage facility very close by. I had difficulty entering the apartment late at night -I was unfamiliar with the key app but Gemma was very helpful, thank you.

Gorgeous and spacious apartment

We loved staying at this beautiful apartment, on the top floor in a quieter area of Valencia. It was an extremely peaceful and thoughtfully decorated apartment, and the perfect place to relax at the end of a hot summery day of sightseeing! Beautifully appointment and would definitely stay here again.

Julio Antonio atico duplex

We had a perfect week and stay in the flat. The flat is located in the center of Valencia and is very good connected. The flat is perfectly equipped and was big enough for the 5 of us. Just the street at night was very noisy. Communication with the owner was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful

We loved loved staying here! The apartment is super cool. Very clean, well equipped and super unique. Was perfect for our family of 5. If you can't carry your luggage up 4 steep flights of stairs than probably not for you. But if ya can, its worth it! You can walk most places within the city from the apartment and the grocery store is 2 mins away. Felt very safe and was quiet at night:) It is in China town so had some pretty amazing Chinese food to go along with all the other incredible meals. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls getaway

Great location! Within a short walk of the train (Nord and Sollora) and city center. The luggage storage was also wonderful just down the block for an ease of an early arrival … although we did find out later we could have checked in early. We did struggle getting our luggage up the four flights of stairs as active women so not for you if stairs are an issue or if you have massive luggage. Also, there is not a light in the stair case so at night you need to be cautious. That aside, we loved this cute, clean, wonderfully decorated location. It was a great way to end our Spain vacation.

Spacious apartment

Lots of space to spread out in this apartment. This was a fun place that was very close to the train station. Downtown was walkable and beautiful. It was very clean and nice. The only thing to be aware of is the stairs. You climb a good 4 stories to get to this apartment. We didn’t mind and knew that up front but if stairs are not your thing then consider another location. Otherwise, this is a great place to rest as you see València.

Great apartment in the heart of Oviedo

We had a fantastic stay in Oviedo. Check in was easy, there's pay parking below if you drive. The apartment is roomy and comfortable, with space for 6 people. All the sights of Oviedo (Cathedral, museums, cider restaurants, shopping) are a sport walk away. We'll be back for sure!

We stayed in the apartment for one week. It's a great location for visiting the city centre and the popular Rusafa. In the apartment, you'll find everything you need and more. We also appreciated the little things, such as a citrus sqeezzer. It's also very good for long stays. It is really spacious and full of natural light. We can only recommend it.

Excellent flat

The flat was very well located. Full of light, with a super shower and a great range of cooking spices to help make meals with the amazing produce from the markets. Being on the 4th floor wasn’t a problem, but could be difficult if you have any mobility issues. The hosts were super helpful. Really a great flat.
