Perfectly placed to explore Suffolk and Essex, light and airy Toppesfield Hall Cottage was renovated in 2021 to a very high standard and has everything you need for a great holiday.

Open the bi-folding doors and you enter your own outside entertainment space with an undercover Hot Tub and Fire Pit! The garden is enclosed by fencing to keep your dogs safe and secure too!

As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer in the Utility Cupboard too.

Toppesfield Hall Cottage is the perfect place to relax and offers a SMART TV, Surround Speakers, BOSE Speaker and internet access.

This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed.
The second bedroom has two single beds. There is a sofa bed in the lounge too, which is a double (Please note there will be an extra charge for the sofa bed if you book for 4 guests or less).
We have travel cots and high chairs available to hire if you have any little ones (these can be booked direct).

In late Summer/early Autumn guest can freely pick and enjoy tasty apples from our apple trees in the woodland area.

Walk into our village within 8mins where you will find a Dog Friendly Pub, Shop, Park & Brewery too. There are lots of lovely walks around the village and public footpaths to explore.

Exterior

Toppesfield Hall Cottage, is a Grade 2 listed Victorian Cottage, with original sash windows to the front.

It has been sympathetically extended and renovated and has a private fenced garden with Fire Pit.

Logs & Coal available to purchase on site.

There is a 6 Seat undercover Hot Tub, a Fire Pit and a Coal BBQ, Patio Table and Chairs and two Sun Loungers in the garden.

As you get closer to the Essex/Suffolk Border, you will be sure to notice a greener outlook.

Driving through Toppesfield Village you will see our wonderful pub with its spacious outdoor garden for children to play and dogs to roam. You will also pass St Margaret’s Church, our community shop and post office.

This village is full of natural beauty and much character too. There is a park for the children and the village green provides a safe haven for family picnics and games.

Toppesfield Village can be accessed via a short 8 min stroll across the grassed footpath from Toppesfield Hall or from the main country road.

There is a small step into the front and back doors.
