This spacious apartment, part of our Garden collection, is new for 2021 and has a large dining terrace, 5 swimming pools, a spectacular Mediterranean garden and sea views. Located on the first floor of the popular Benal Beach complex (first line of the beach). It's generally clean and bright and offers stunning views of the Mediterranean.

Recently modernized in 2023, this apartment can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 3 people and is complemented by a south-east-facing terrace that offers the best views of Benalmádena beach. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun while enjoying spectacular views of the coast.

At the front of the kitchen is its spacious living room open to the outside, flooded with natural light through the large doors that lead to the private terrace. The living room is beautifully decorated and features a large 3-seater sofa, air conditioning and a comfortable double sofa bed.

Large private terrace to enjoy at any time of the day where you will find a comfortable outdoor dining area for 3 people. Here you can admire spectacular views of the Mediterranean and gardens.

At the front of this apartment is your spacious room with a large double bed, where you will wake up to enjoy this breathtaking view. A large double wardrobe and access to your terrace.

Right next to the room is a large bathroom recently modernized, clean, bright and with a large Italian shower with plenty of space for your toiletries, etc.

You will also have full access to common areas such as the 5 swimming pools with slides, the gardens, the private parking, the sun loungers (with a supplement), the bar, the pool bar, the restaurant, the games room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open 7 days a week.

The building has elevators.

CHECK-IN: 24 hour reception. Entry at any time from 3 p.m. (except from June 15 to September 15 - admission from 4 p.m.). Check-in before the official check-in time, on request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.

SWIMMING POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, you will alternate between the large pool (not heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°).

The opening hours of pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for the closure of pools due to repair or any decision of the community.

In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we require a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to provide you with a quiet and worry-free experience.
