Wake up in this bright and modern villa located right in the heart of Falasarna with its world renowned beach and greek cuisine restaurants. The villa offers 1 master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool and a front yard. The villa is clean and bright, is recently renovated. You will love the atmosphere in Falasarna as you will find local and specialty stores and most importantly, experience the Greek culture.
A fully equipped modern villa in the heart of Crete. It provides all the amenities someone could ask for. The villa's master bedroom, 2 bathrooms with all the daily amenities along with a fully equipped kitchen is fully capable of accommodating up to 4 guests. It's best asset though is the private pool. The pool offers a direct view at the Falasarna beach and the tree in the front yard offers a shaded place with an outdoor dining table where you can relax and enjoy your meals while watching such a unique view. The villa is also equipped with central heating and an air conditioning unit. It has plenty of parking spots and a private entrance. All of the rooms have an amazing view of the surrounding area due to the large windows.
The villa is also located close to plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and traditional taverns. It is a short drive from the villa to the beach of Falasarna.
