Lounge at the impeccable ground floor lounge room with direct access to the pool terrace and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. The Villa boasts three wonderful bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds. Two additional guests can be accommodated on the living room sofas, or one guest can sleep on a single sofa bed located on the ground floor. The maximum capacity is 8 guests.

The first bedroom of the Villa is located on the ground floor, featuring one queen size bed (1,60x2,00) along with a baby crib lightened with natural light from the window and direct access to the pool terrace. Additionally, the first bathroom sits on this floor, featuring a walk-in overhead rainfall shower with cabin

The further two bedrooms of the Villa are located on the first floor, the first bedroom features a queen size bed (1,60x2,00) with access to a balcony. The second bedroom features two single beds (0.90x2.00) lightened with natural light from the windows. The bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. There is a shared bathroom on the first floor featuring a walk in shower, for those who wish to relax after a long day of exploration!

A lovely living room and a comfortable dining area, featuring a great sofa for the whole family and a built-in contemporary fireplace! Double doors open out onto a large veranda with patio furniture and wonderful views of the landscape! Next to the dining area, the fully-equipped kitchen, with a smaller, more rustic-like dining table can also be found on the first floor.

Location Overview :
Mithonies Villa is located in the picturesque village of Margarites where you can find almost everything you need. Within walking distance from the villa there is a good selection of cafes and traditional tavernas, as well as a mini market and a butcher’s shop.The picturesque settlement of Margarites is well known for its pottery, so souvenirs are a must, and the village, with its extraordinary architecture and lovely narrow winding streets, is well worth exploring.

Furthermore, Perama town which is 10 minutes away by car and you offers a variety of shops and daily amenities, such as a bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office.

Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 10 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.
