Härligt öppet koncept 3 sovrum, 2 badhus med omgiven däck med utsikt över Penobscot River. Söderläge väggar är alla glas vilket gör kabinen mycket ljus och solig. Stugan har ett komplett kök och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Livsmedelsbutiker, restauranger och andra bekvämligheter ligger bara 3 mil bort. Baxter State Park ligger snabbt 21 mil bort. Eagles flyger över huvudet varje dag. Fisk på stranden av floden. Stugan är utrustad med kanot, kajaker, eldstad, uteplats, Adirondack-stolar, solstolar, stolar för runt eldstaden. Ved tillhandahålls. Det finns en TV i vardagsrummet med en DVD-spelare och massor av filmer. 3G-smarttelefonmottagning fungerar bra. Eller så kan du koppla ur kopplingen och koppla av på däck eller vid eldstaden och titta på floden rinna förbi. Snöskoter- och ATV-stigar i närheten. Det finns gott om plats på gården för dina trailers.
Taket sträcker sig över däck. Inga fler att skyva trappor. Nu kan jag sitta ute i regnet. Juli 2016 - installerad helhus automatisk generator. Behöver inte oroa dig om strömmen går ut - generator kommer att slås på inom en minut.

Picturesque Riverfront property

Beautiful location and home. It is difficult to find the home though, and putting a house # at the start of the driveway or a cabin name would be a big help, especially when people are arriving at dark.

Quiet Family Getaway

My husband and I stayed here with our adult daughter and her fiancé. The cabin was secluded yet close to town for food and a short distance to Mt Katahdin/Baxter State Park. We were able to enjoy a campfire in the evening and watch an eagle and loons in the morning along the river. The kitchen was fully equipped where we enjoyed cooking our meals together. There was plenty of space to spread out to talk, read or watch movies and beds were comfortable. We would stay here again!

Beautiful house in the woods

We were so pleased when we drove up and saw this house. The layout was great the location is great. It was a good homebase for a white water rafting trip.

Best place in Millinocket!

This place is great! Close to town, but when you're home, you feel like you're the only one on the planet! Quiet and clean, this house is great! The fire pit was awesome and used every night! Plenty of outdoor spaces to eat, drink and be merry! Highly recommend this house!

Peacefulness

We had a wonderful time just renewing ourselves!! The windows toward the water kept us mesmerized even though we had a lot of rain. This has been on my bucket list for years and it was everything and more such beautiful colors perfect timing! Thanks for sharing your wonderful cabin!!!

Lovely, quiet lodging on W. Branch of Penobscot River

Loved having a drink and watching the sunset on the three outdoor seating spots on porch and backyard and on platform off steps to the river. Also enjoyed seeing the full bright “Blue Moon” sinking down behind the trees during the night from thee we fabulous huge bedroom window . We felt miles from civilization, yet we were so conveniently located to the road up to Baxter for hiking, Katahdin General store, Hannaford’s and the road to the Lumbermen’s Museum up in Patten. The house was spotless and had everything a renter could possibly need. We highly recommend this house and hope to return.

Nice place, bad host

Two other units we were supposed to stay at during our trip to Maine had to cancel due to Hurricane Lee. I reached out to the host and they responded saying "what? There's no hurricane. If there were a hurricane I would have heard about it." Kinda a weird thing to lie about, but okay? They never responded to my second message either. With a host that treats their customers this way you might be better off finding a different place to stay in Millinocket.

Great house on Penobscot

The house is very nice in a semi secluded spot sitting above the Penobscot River. There's stairs to get most of the way down to the river. We found the listing on VRBO and after reviewing the photos and description, we booked it
