This house is perfect for relaxing with your family or friends!
Ideal for bachelor and bachelorette parties
Our house is located 200 meters from the beach, 20 minutes by train from the center of Lisbon and 15 minutes from the center of Cascais. Carcavelos is a quiet village and has one of the best beaches on the Cascais line! This house is perfect to relax and enjoy the beach (2 minutes walking)! You can pass your time relaxing in the big pool, having surf lessons or just taking sunbathes at Carcavelos Beach :) The common areas are cleaned every morning by the staff - they are staying in a house at the back of the house. They don't interfeare with your staying. The swimming pool can be shared with guests from another property.

Bathroom disaster

Property ok. Pool was shears with other property that was not mention in any of the descriptions. Bathrooms need a lot of work. Smell from bathrooms was unbelievable they try to mask it with air fresheners. I was hoping to have house for family and I had to shear it with 5 other people that were living there. Kitchen needs a lot improvement also broken cabinet and found few bugs on floor and in draws. In the end I found out it was hostel which does not specifically says on website in description of the property. Don’t be fooled by pictures of few good looking rooms and pool. Disappointed.

Not safe, not legal, not as advertised

Awful , not safe , very dirty, not legal. Oven was left on at high degree all night by so call staff,while we were there with kids. The washrooms and electrical not safe not to code and very smelly and filthy.They say you can rent the house and staff stay in a different area and do not bother you, not true. They cook their meals you have to wait. Overall awful, we left as soon as we found something else, we opened a case. The owner was very uncooperative and not pleasant. We asked for a refund, we will rely on Vrbo to make us whole. Also it is illegal not to ask for passports which they did not. We witness them renting a room on the last night we were there, they lied to us when they said we had the whole house. They lied when they said it was only staff. Just a very greedy owner who only cares about getting money. We heard from the owners of the house we found to stay at instead that same happened to people they know . If you want to preserve your reputation, we suggest you ban this property and give the owner the highest fines for the danger they caused us.
