Villa Rotxa by Villa Plus
Villa Rotxa is a distinctive terracotta painted villa in the much-loved resort of Calan Bosch. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace surrounding the private pool, it offers a great base for exploring the local area and beyond. Calan Bosch Beach is just over 1 mile away and a 25 minute stroll will take you to the popular marina with a plethora of restaurants and bars. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
Villa Rotxa is located in the area of Cap D'Artruitx, a pleasant 25 minute walk from the marina of Calan Bosch. The marina is the hub of the resort with the majority of the bars and restaurants overlooking the waters of this picturesque area. The resort also has a waterpark, go-kart track and 2 sandy beaches! There are a few lovely restaurants and bars just 15 minutes' walk from Villa Rotxa. The islands old ancient capital Ciutadella is a 20 minute drive away and is well worth a visit while on holiday.
Main pool: 7 x 4 mtr, 0.9 - 1.9 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - âŹ2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
