Good location

This condo was ground floor. So easy access for anyone with bad knees. Only one small step to get into condo. Once inside the condo we were welcomed with 2 cowboy hats and 2 umbrellas, a basket of a variety of chips, bottled water in the fridge,a variety of coffee and hot chocolate for the Keurig. Patio door opens to a small deck with a river view and birds and ground hogs in the yard. Bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. If you are in good shape it's within walking distance to Broadway St. There was lots of construction when we were here but still pretty easy to around.

We absolutely loved this property on the river!

I stayed here with a friend for my youngest sisters Bachelorette party. Im a bit older and more introverted than the rest of the crowd and wanted to find somewhere still close to Broadway but also wanted to be able to cook in and escape from the craziness of the strip. We made friends with the wildlife right off the porch, enjoyed a hot coffee and breakfast overlooking the river every morning and had such and overall amazing and comfortable stay!!! With all the construction around i didnt realize how far each walk would be which was the only downfall but the uber rides to where we had to get were so minimal and inexpensive id do it a thousand times over! The host was exceptional and i hope to rent this property again!!

Perfect Nashville Location

This property is located in a perfect area of Nashville. You can easily walk to aeveral great restaurants and an uber to Broadway is very quick. Loved being right on the river

The property is in a good location, about 1 mile from the main downtown Broadway area and close to other neighborhoods such as Germantown. Overall had a good experience.

Beautiful river spot

We enjoyed spending three nights while exploring Music City. A short walk or even shorter Uber to all the music and nightlife. . Especially liked the covered parking and .

Fall Stay in Nashville

The condo was great, she really did a lot with the space to make it feel like home. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The deck was nice to sit and watch boats on the river and to just relax away from the crowds of Broadway. We were able to walk to and from Broadway each day, it was about a 20 minute walk. There is a lot of construction in the area and some homeless around the property but we had no issues. We would stay here again and would recommend the condo to others.

Great stay!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay! The property is in a great location, in walking distance of nearly everywhere, and we absolutely loved waking up in the morning to have coffee on the balcony with the river view. Brittany is by far the most accommodating host we’ve ever experienced. She supplied coffee cups, a little snack bowl (which saved us after a long day of travelling), and had a lot of thoughtful little touches to offer guests a comfortable stay. We would love to come back to Nashville next year and will certainly try to book with Brittany again. Thank you!

Great location

Walking distance to downtown Nashville. We discovered electric scooters made it even more fun!! Took scooters to the Performance Art Center. So much fun. The condo had everything we needed and more.

Not walking distance to Broadway

There is alot of construction around this apartment. The backdoor has a view of the lake. Overall the apartment is very nice and has everything you would need. The only downside is it is NOT at all walking distance to broadway. You will need to drive or take an uber.

Girls trip

The property is near a lot of construction at the moment and near a train track. Construction work did not interfere with sleep and I love the sound of trains running on the track so it wasn't a problem for me. The host has anythinng you may have forgotten available, a bowl of snacks in the kitchen, and coffee for the Keurig. Lyft drivers were able to find the place easily. Free covered parking right in front of this unit. Loved staying here and would do so again!

Great Place!

I can only say nice things about this property. It was just right for 2 people, decorated beautifully, with a nice little patio with a view of the river. It really was within walking distance to downtown as advertised (even for us old folks) & most of the activities we had planned were maybe 10 minutes away by car. The price was reasonable compared to other places in that area, & the little extras (food & drinks in the fridge, toiletries, area brochures) made it a terrific stay!

Amazing condo

This is our second stay at this condo and it’s just as good as it was the first time. VERY clean. Quiet. The owner thinks of everything in this home. She has it packed with anything you might have forgotten. It’s definitely where we will stay every time we visit. Thank you!!

Awesome getaway!

We were in town for a long weekend. We loved the location, as we enjoy walking to breakfast and don’t mind a 15 minute walk to Broadway. We felt safe even at midnight. The place was small but perfect for the two of us. Last minute we added an extra night and our teenage daughters. we were overwhelmed with baggage and bodies but it worked out ok. The host was GREAT at getting us set up for the extra night! Our only complaint is that the upstairs apartment had some heavy footed, loud people living/visiting. Nothing major, just annoying.

Great Nashville Getaway

The condo was clean and well stocked. Especially enjoyed that water and snacks were available when we got there since we arrived late night and didn’t know the area yet for getting snacks. Good location though construction in the area was a pain. Also appreciated the covered parking since it was pouring rain when we arrived! Only complaint would be that hot water didn’t last long enough. Second person showering got like warm water!! Overall a great stay.

Great for our needs.

Inside the condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. It has a nice view out back of the river. No door on the bedroom. There is lots of construction going on in the area and downtown Nashville in general. However, there was no noise problem. It just made it not as nice to walk in the area and more difficult to drive in the area do to detours. Overall, very good value, access and convenience.

Anniversary getaway

Great property and location. Anything you need or may have forgotten is there!On the bottom floor so no stairs. I was able to park right by the door so loading and unloading was easy. Short walk to downtown..6 min scooter ride! Would definitely stay again!

Weekend Getaway

I stayed here with my mother when meeting with a group of friends. It was a good location away from all the craziness of downtown, but also a very close commute. There were also several places in Germantown within walking distance. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. I would stay here again if I was in town!

Amazing Experience

First time VRBO user here and I definitely would stay at Brittany's place again. She thought of everything to make a stay amazing from coffee and creamer to water in the refrigerator. Toiletries from shampoo, feminine necessities, to sunscreen and pool towels. I know some people complained about the construction. We didn't hear anything but we discovered there was construction all over Nashville not just here! The only suggestion we had for the owner which we left for her. The person who slept on the pull out said it would have better to have darker curtains in the over the patio door even though the curtains were gorgeous just a heavier weight would be better for an east facing door. The interior decorating of the place was amazing. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. I hope to be able to stay at your place again when I visit Nashville next. Simply a beautiful and amazing place and wonderful host!
