A cosy retreat within a substantial Georgian manor house. The perfect bolt hole for a romantic jaunt to the Worcestershire countryside with picturesque views and walks.. 1 step to entrance.

Shower Room: (1 Step), Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Sitting-out area, BBQ and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Access is via a gravel footpath only that may be difficult to navigate for guests who are less mobile.. The Archway is a quirky and cosy country retreat within a substantial Grade II Georgian manor house that is steeped in history. This ground floor apartment offers an open plan living space and enjoys picturesque views. There are several walks to enjoy in the surrounding area, and Tenbury Wells, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Birmingham, West Midlands Safari Park and the Severn Valley Railway are within a short drive. Externally there is a communal courtyard, and at the ownerâs discretion, there are further grounds that may provide further grassed outdoor relaxation areas.
Peace and tranquillity are what you can expect at The Archway. It nestles amongst rolling hills with views across the valleyâs vineyards to the peaks of distant hills. Within a 7-minute drive is the bustling market town of Tenbury Wells with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. A little further on, and within 20 minutes, is historic Ludlow and Shelsley Walsh racetrack, should you feel like a flutter. The historic cathedral cities of Worcester and Hereford are 30 minutes away, and it is 45 minutes to Shakespeareâs Stratford-upon-Avon. A firm favourite with guests and locals is The Severn Valley Steam Railway and picturesque country walks and cycle routes that surround this location.
The suite is located within the main historic country manor house. The suite is located on the ground floor and has its own private entrance, approached along the part-gravel pathway. The country house is an elegant Georgian building from the Regency period dating from 1820 and was the historic manor court of the area. It is set in approximately 3 acres of the most peaceful grounds including woodland and has wonderful views of the hop vineyards and hills of the beautiful Teme Valley.
