With the benefit of air con this is a lovely property to enjoy all year round, this is ideal as a touring base or for a relaxing break away.. All on the Ground Floor:

Rear garden with sitting out area and garden furniture. 1 small dog welcome. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. . This lovely bungalow, with the added benefit of air con to enjoy, is ideal for a relaxing break, exploring from or as a business base. Epworth is world famous for being the birthplace of John and Charles Wesley, founders of the Methodist movement, and their home Epworth Old Rectory is just 100 yards away. The centre of Epworth is just a 5-minute stroll away with a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy after a day exploring. Good walks and cycle routes are available straight from the door. The east coast of Lincolnshire is just an hour away where you can visit the tradition seaside resort of Cleethorpes. Head to the City of Hull and visit the Deep Subsea aquarium, head into Lincoln to see its famous cathedral and castle, or enjoy lunch alongside the boats at the Brayford Waterside. The antiques centres on the old airfield at Hemswell Cliff are popular with collectors and Doncaster, Worksop and Newark hold regular international antique fairs - the show grounds are all within 45 minutes. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all within Πmile.
