Great flat

The property was spotless, good lighting everywhere, a well equipped kitchen, short walk to the tube, lots of restaurants, food shops in the area,It was excellent in all respects.

A good place to stay - but consider a couple of things

Let me start by saying this flat is nice. It's in a great neighborhood with really good restaurants and markets nearby. The underground isn't far either. The water pressure in this flat is amazing, which is necessary for someone with long hair. :-) The person checking us in was waiting for us when we arrived from the airport. The problem was, no one had informed her where the flat actually was! She was trying to use the keys to get into the main door when she should have walked to the basement level door. It seems someone at the company should have made this clear to her before sending her off. We waited at least 30 minutes for her to finally be told this and get us into our flat. There are a couple of other things to mention. First of all, this is a basement apartment, so there are locked bars on all the windows and the back door. I completely understand why this is the case. But, it is a chore to get out to that beautiful garden. Also, the people upstairs are very noisy. Day and night. Like, I'm not sure they ever sleep. And at one point, my mom had a leak in the second bedroom ceiling, something happening up above. I emailed the emergency email since I couldn't make a call, but to this day, no one has ever responded. Also, the main sheet of information references directions for how to use the microwave and the washer, but there weren't any. It was tough trying to figure it all out. The washer was easier, but there was no explanation of where the detergent went.

Bolton Gardens Flat

Great flat, roomy, light and airy, lots of space, good hot water, lovely garden. Convenient to Earls Court tube station and Marks and Spencer food hall. Would definitely recommend

Lovely in every way

Location and flat couldn't be better; we wanted to stay for a week! Artwork, furnishings, lighting, garden - all pretty. Comfortable and homey too.
