This lovely chalet sits on the owner’s grounds and has been tastefully decorated throughout. The property is accessed via 14 steep steps (so may not be suitable for the less mobile) – once at the property it is all one level.

The property consists of open plan kitchen and dining area with electric cooker, microwave, kettle , toaster and radio. Dining area with electric wood burner, separate lounge with Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The bedroom has a double bed, and there is a shower room with walk in shower. To the side of the property there is an enclosed lawned garden, ideal for your four legged friends. To the front of the property there are also two lovely garden chairs to sit and listen to the river and watch the local wildlife.

Ceredigion’s coast is also well-known for wildlife, including the famous Cardigan Bay bottlenose dolphin pods, boat trips to explore the Ceredigion Marine Heritage Coast and the town features a Seafood Festival in July.
