The flat is in Central London, a premium location, within a short walk to all London’s iconic landmarks like the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Parliament, the lively Southbank, or exploring the historic Imperial War Museum. The building has a private and secure (CCTV) access, elevator and a rooftop garden.

The recently renovated space is cosy and stylish, thoughtfully designed and equipped with high-spec amenities. The spacious living room invites you to unwind, with a Natuzzi recliner sofa and a 55-inch Samsung 4K Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including Jura coffee machine, a dishwasher, an induction hob, an oven and any kitchen utensils you may think of. The bedroom features a King Bed mattress, premium quality bed linen, blackout shutters and a wardrobe. The modern bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, a shattaf (toilet spray), and an amenity cupboard incl. all toiletries, towels, etc.

Wonderful stay in a nice London neighborhood

Amazing Stay!

Perfect flat in a perfect location. Everything was clean and welcoming. Mateusz is such an awesome host. Very responsive to questions, so friendly. Could not have asked for better. We felt so at home. Very highly recommend!

Great little spot

Good place to stay if you’re touring London, a little loud with the trains right next to you and need to take transportation or walk a ways to get to the main spots.

Great place and location!

We loved staying in Lambeth. It was so close to everything and yet was quiet and had a neighborhood feel. There was plenty of space for us and the flat was lovely. Correspondence was outstanding and quick! Thanks for a lovely stay in London!

Beautiful stay

The property was lovely and clean, in a very ideal location as it was close to not only many stores but bus stops and the underground. The host as well was incredibly lovely and always helpful with anything thing we needed and questions we had.

Lovely apartment, great neighborhood

It was perfect for a week in London. The apartment is very nice, comfortable, tastefully decorated, modern amenities. just a short walk to the tube. Neighborhood felt very safe, there is a corner cafe across the street for quick breakfast or lunch, Pineapple pub for fish and ships. Several convenience stores with quick grocery items.

Absolutely as represented, we were very happy

We were very happy with our stay here and would definitely book it again. The apartment is exactly as per the photos and the host Mateusz was very quick to respond. The apartment was very clean and fresh and the surrounding area had plenty of pubs and cafes and local grocery stores.

The place has absolutely everything needed to make a stay comfortable. And it's also only 5 minutes from the Tube. Communication with the owner was also first rate - solving any issue immediately. Would 100% recommend.

Modern flat in a great location.

I thoroughly enjoyed this property. The location across the river from Parliament and near tube and bus stops made it the perfect starting point every day for adventuring around London. The modern lighting and appliances and the comfortable furniture made for a comfortable space in the mornings and at the end of the day. The Internet was very fast so I could keep tabs on work and stream online content. The building seemed very safe and secure with keyless entry fobs. The whole building was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern Apt. Great Location

My college-age son and I spent 10 days in London and the apartment, a one-bedroom fully stocked, was supremely comfortable, secure and a bonus, stylish. Bed was firm and comfortable, so was the sofa, and all furnishings and appliances were first-rate and working. Check-in, check-out were easy. It was my first time with a Euro-washer/dryer but the host was abundantly helpful, accessable and had a great sense of humor. The neighborhood is charming and walkable with a market and the tube station a block away and several good restaurants, including the SteamRoller for a 24-hour pub (food until 10pm) and a diner across the street with solid breakfasts. I'd not used an invection stovetop so one might want to read up since the place does not have a microwave, though it does have a quick-heat water pitcher. Can't rave enough about this place and have already recommended it to three friends. Thanks, host M.

Excellent play for a short stay in London

Staying at Mateusz's flat was a pleasure. He is a first-class host, who is very attentive, and responsive to your needs; rarely did I have to wait more than a few minutes to get a response to any inquiries I had. The flat itself was aesthetically quite nice, and very clean. It featured all the amenities one could ask for. The location of the flat is quite good, with many buses, and tube stations in the area to connect you to wherever you need to go; the flat is also quite close to a several pubs, restaurants, shops, etc., and a short jaunt to a number of touristy locations (e.g., London Eye, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Covent Garden, etc.). The only issue to arise occurred during the check-in process, although this was an issue of a prior guest, as opposed to an issue of the host; Mateusz was very accommodating throughout this, and worked closely to rectify the issue (i.e., keys were dropped in wrong location by previous host). Overall, I can't recommend this flat enough! Thank you Mateusz!

Nice, comfotarble place to stay

Mateusz was a great host. Super responsive to any question we had and cared to make our stay a great one. His place is "hi-tech" and has all the conveniences - large TV, super coffee maker, fun lighting... Very good location that is a few blocks to the tube stop and with a couple of nice pubs nearby too for food and drink.
