Fabulous location, and cute studio

Ideal for a couple

A great location with everything on your doorstep. Ideal for a couple but no more. Transfer is available but slightly expensive. The airport bus stops very close to the apartment using the port stop.

Alicante Studio

Very nice little studio apartment, the wife and I stayed for 4 nights to see in the New Year. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, its location in the old town is perfect for exploring Alicante. Maritza was very helpful giving us maps and information. We would be happy to use apartment again.

Short Stay in Alicante

Stayed here for 4 nights in November. Lovely, bright and clean studio in a fantastic location in the middle of Alicante. Bus from airport (4 euro) takes 25 minutes and studio is 5 minutes walk from bus stop so easy to get to as well. Maritza is great as well...sent daily texts with details of what was going on in and around Alicante. Would definitely recommend this little gem Garry

Perfect studio

The studio is centrally located, everything is within walking distance. Great choice of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The studio was perfect for the 2 of us and had everything we needed. Maritza was so helpful providing us with information . We thoroughly enjoyed the flamenco show that she recommended. Overall a great break for us and we would definitely book again when we return to alicante.

great location, disappointing bathroom!

we were given a different unit because the one we booked apparently had an issue with the bathroom. the bathroom shown in the pictures looked lovely. the one we ended up with was awful. very very tiny. there should have been a discount or something as it was very different from the pictures. otherwise, Maritza was excellent. we would just make sure next time the property we get is as advertised.

Great Central Location

This clean and tidy little apartment on a pedestrian street worked out very well for us. Everything we needed was provided and it was extremely convenient to the old part of town, the beach, stores and great restaurants. We would definitely be very happy staying here again in the future.

Great Location

The apartment was very comfortable with everything you would need...The location on the edge of the old town was full of history and amazing buildings..The choice of restaurants and bars and the fact it was a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and busy harbour completed our amazing mini break..Thank you Maritza🤗

Cute, clean appartement on a lively street

The appartement was nice, well-equipped so we could cook and wash our clothes. It was on a street bursting with bars and restaurants, but double-paned glass kept it from being too loud at night. It was a five-minute walk to the water front and ten away from a beach. We got lost on the way there and our host Maritza was kind enough to wait over and hour and to come guide us to the appartment. Two points: The appartment was quite small. There were only two of us so it was alright but in my opinion two people would be the maximum capacity. Also, when we attempted to pay for our stay with a foreign credit card, there were some problems with the card-reading machine and we ended up paying in cash. Overall, a nice little appartment, cute and clean, on a really cool street within walking distance of everything we hoped to see!

Nettes kleines Apartment in toller Lage

Die Lage ist super zentral, guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Stadt. Nachteil: wenn man das Fenster nachts offen hat ist es schon sehr laut, da in der Gasse Restaurants, Bars etc. sind. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es aber absolut still. Ansonsten ist das Apartment gut ausgestattet auch mit Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine etc. Leider war unser Herd kaputt, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat, da wir immer in Restaurants gegessen haben. Maritza war eine nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Fantastic Location

We stayed in the studio for a week in September and what a superb place with all the amenities at hand Beach 5 mins, Restaurants & Bars on your doorstep and also shops as well. A well appointed studio which was ideal for the 2 of us and it was well stocked with all you need for a holiday.

excelente-espectacular

I booked this apartment for my parents, and joined them after the first night. They were very Impressed with how friendly and helpful Maritza was, and Said She Went out of her way to make sure They had the best experience possible. The studio was bright and clean, aircon was fantastic and the location was amazing. Communication before and During the stay was perfect. I recommend, and I'm sure return next year. Regards Clelia

Increíble estancia (5 estrellas)

El estudio nos encantó, muy limpio y bien ubicado, las fotos son idénticas al piso. Maritza nos recogió puntualmente en el punto de encuentro, nos dio un mapa de la ciudad y nos mostró los puntos turísticos más interesantes y la ubicación de los servicios más importantes. Alicante es una ciudad hermosa, repetiremos pronto !! ... /// We just love it!!

Ideal

As an elderly couple, we found the study clean and fresh and with such proximity to restaurants,the explanade, public transport etc. it is an ideal base for winter sun. Health allowing we will return next year.

Excelente alojamiento!

Primero que nada muchas gracias por la excelente atención. En segundo lugar, estoy muy complacida por el alojamiento, está ubicado en una zona bastante céntrica y posee todas las comodidades que esperaba encontrar, además de que es muy bonito y limpio. Sin duda alguna recomiendo este apartamento.

Céntrico, cómodo y muy aprovechado.

El estudio es chiquito pero el espacio está muy bien pensado, para hacerlo cómodo y práctico. Las fotos son muy fiables. Incluso tiene extras muy majos como unas toallas de playa, unas palas de paddel o unas bonitas copas de vino. Está en la parte antigua, en zona peatonal, lo que quiere decir que una vez que te instalas y consigues aparcar en zona blanca (la dueña nos orientó estupendamente) no tienes que preocuparte más del coche. La ventaja de la ubicación es que todo está a mano: la playa, el paseo marítimo, la subida al castillo, el tranvía, el mercado… también es zona de terrazas y pubs, por tanto muy transitada por la noche. Lo bueno es que lo que hay justo debajo del apartamento son restaurantes italianos, muy tranquilos, y una heladería im-pre-sio-nan-te (los pubs comienzan un poco más arriba, en otra calle) por lo que el ruido es más que tolerable y se termina pronto. Por lo que corresponde a la casa, está rehabilitada hace muy poquito, todo nuevo, y el aislamiento es bueno. Así que si se quiere ambiente nocturno y estar en el centro, no creo que se pueda hacer más. Limpieza perfecta, la cocina y sus aperos, suficientes, baño bien ventilado (se agradece en un piso pequeño) wifi, mucha luz, y Maritza y su marido, encantadores. La verdad, una gran elección. Mil gracias y hasta otra ocasión.
