Villa La Capuccina is a wonderful private villa with pool in Le Marche region in Corinaldo, a small charming town which has been included among the most beautiful borgos of Italy. Set on a hill, the villa has been renovated keeping the features of Le Marche countryhouse, using materials such as terracotta and wooden beams, which give the house a particularly pleasant atmosphere with simplicity and elegance. Surrounded by a large garden full of plants, this villa is the ideal place for a holiday in complete relaxation. It is at short distance from the Adriatic coast, near the most renowned seaside resorts of the area including Senigallia and the Conero Riviera. Guests can benefit of a swimming pool with automatic cover for children’s safety. There is also a porch furnished with tables and chairs for al fresco eating.

The villa is on two levels. The ground floor consists of an entrance-study, a living room with fireplace and direct access to the garden, a large kitchen with dining area and access to the porch and a bathroom with hand shower. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a bedroom with three single beds (bunk bed plus single bed or double bedroom plus single bed) and two bathrooms with shower.

- Air conditioning to pay on spot: € 150/week;

- Extra cleaning during vacation: € 10/hour, 3 hours minimum;
- Extra changes of linen or towels during the stay to pay on spot: € 10 per person/change;
- Groups of young age are allowed upon request
