restaurants, is 7 kilometers away. Ostuni is 16 kilometers away. The Adriatic sea and the beautiful beaches of Ostuni marina are 23 kilometers away.
For the mountain bike lovers and the guests who stay in the months of April, May, October and November, it is included the guided tour of the most beautiful tows in the area, with the possibility of renting the bicycles.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (till 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of accommodation per day.
- Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00.
- Shared Pool available from June to September .
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared barbecue and washing machine.
