Villa Marcelas is a new modern villa built to the most highest standards. Here you will experience spectacular views of the crystal clear Adriatic sea. This unique Villa is situated in the peaceful place Orašac above famous resort Sun Gardens. Only few km from stunning Croatian coast and magical Old town Dubrovnik.
This villa is located in spacious modern property divided in 2 villas.It is very important to mention that each part of villa and outdoor pool area is completely private and intimate as enterence in Villa as well . Guests are granted full privacy in Villa Marcelas.
It consists of 3 floors connected by internal stairs .Top floor is huge and spacious where you can find fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances connected with dining area and elegant living room with large glass open exit to a covered teracce with lounge area where you can feel and experience the charms of gorgeous views of the ocean and breaththaking sunsets.
There is bathroom also on the same floor.
On the middle floor you can find 3 double bedrooms and bathroom. Master bedroom is really special and ideal for loving coupels. It offers brethtaking sea view stright from bed. In this bedroom is a space with a working desk and computer for those who still can not avoid working on vacation to make it easier for guests and to provide guests with the best possible organized vacation.
All rooms in the villa are air conditioned.
On the ground floor you can find one more bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with acces on pool area.
Moving to the outside area of the Villa you will find a pool with stunning views of the blue sea bay. Also there is a part with barbecue and dining area. Outdoor area is fenced which provide our guests high level of privacy.
Villa can accomodate 8 people. It is ideal place for those who looking for a quiet and private relaxation.
Just a 5 minutes slow drive will take you to the highest quality restaurants by the shore.
The pebble beach is 10min walking down the hill and famous resort Sun Garden as well. Sun Garden resort is enriched with many activities for an extra cost. Sport activities: gym,tennis courts,mini golf,volleyball, squash, badminton, basketball,Jet Ski,Jet Ski Safari,kayak,Sup board which are perfect opportunity for exploring the Adriatic Sea.
Spa faciclities for relaxing moments such as various massages and several types of saunas.Lots of children’s activities as well.
Famous Dubrovnik Old Town is only 10km away.
