The property benefits from A newly fitted Modern kitchen and Bathroom. Espresso Coffee station included. Child friendly with a cot on site. Washing machine and dryer available. The property is 30 seconds from the city centre, where all the usual amenities are available. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and 1 with a super king size bed. A private outside balcony area is available at the rear of the building.

Amazing stay and host

We had the best time staying here. The host was so accommodating and responsive. The house and space were gorgeous and my friends and family all had a wonderful time and loved Lancaster. I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

Great central location

Central location to all areas of town. Easy walking to local restaurants and sites. The touch of freshly baked bread and jams was welcomed and unexpected!

Perfect location

Everything you need for a perfect stay. A nice touch with the fresh bread n butter n jam. The only criticism is the shower/bath facilities . Not ideal but manageable a separate facilitiy would be better. Overall a lovely place to stay thank you

Absolutely loved it.

We had originally planned on staying in Windermere and then had our res cancelled on us and had to make a Plan B, and I’m SO glad we did. Absolutely loved this flat, the space, the beds, the kitchen, the location, everything. Plenty of room for us and our 4 children. Host was so helpful. Would happily stay here again!

Lovely quirky apartment

We had great stay host left us bread,butter, jam and milk lovely rooms.not suitable for elderly as steps up to apartment and would be better with shower cubicle as we all struggled with handheld shower head over bath but for that had a great stay and would use apartment again thanks to calvin the host.

Birthday weekend

The property was absolutely beautiful very clean and well looked after. Everything was perfect. Great location in the town centre no downfalls whatsoever! Amazing and definitely would stay again
