This spacious and modern three bedroom mansion flat in Earls Court is truly unique. Flooded with natural daylight throughout, the traditional dual aspect sitting room maximises the feeling of space and light, enhanced by the skylight over the stylish kitchen. The flat is located just over 5 minute walk away from Earls Court tube station and you have a wealth of restaurants and shops on your doorstep, with the rest of London a short tube ride away!
The Space:
This elegant and modern apartment and set on the third floor of a beautiful Victorian red brick apartment block in the centre of Earls Court, with superb access to local amenities and transports links.
The property is spaciously split over two main floors which include 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 W/C and a lovely open-plan living room/kitchen space.
The three bedrooms are all located on the same level and have the following layout:
Master bedroom - King sized bed with plenty of storage space.
Double bedroom - Double bed with storage space.
Guest bedroom - Single bed with storage space, with a desk / work space.
The modern kitchen has lots of counter space and is wonderfully equipped for a long or short stay. The dining area features enough space for 6 people to dine at once.
The living room boasts a sizeable corner suite sofa, a perfect place to relax after a long day and includes a Smart TV.
Guest Access:
The guests have access to the whole flat.
The flat is located on the top floor. 26a.
The Neighborhood:
Earl's Court is a fantastic area of London. With connections to central London, its close proximity to Chelsea and Fulham, and a wealth of delicious restaurants and good shops, you have everything you need on your doorstep.
Food & Drink:
Mali Vegan Thai has vegan Thai food and is close by.
North Lodge Cafe has coffee and pastries
Outdoor Areas:
Redcliffe Square Gardens, opened to the public in 1949.
Brompton Cemetery has many famous people buried there.
The River Thames is just south of the property.
Popular Attractions:
Finborough Theatre is a small theatre that has won multiple awards.
The Natural History Museum, Victoria & Albert Museum, Saatchi Gallery and Science Museum are all close by.

South Kensington: Home to the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and Victoria and Albert Museum, just one stop away.
Heathrow Airport: Direct access via the Piccadilly Line, making international travel convenient.
Victoria Station: Direct link on the District Line for national rail services and the Gatwick Express.
This area is also very excellently served by a variety of bus routes.

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
The property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
