Villa Grandrosa with private pool is located on a very peaceful area on the mountain and consists of a large villa with 3 total floors and an independent studio right next to it that offers even more privacy. Villa Grandrosa is ideal for a large company of 10-12 people.
The villa is decorated with traditional furniture and offers private pool, free parking and A/C and all the necessary amenities.
On the ground floor of the large villa you will find a living room, bedroom, sauna and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a very big living room, a fully equipped country kitchen with a dishwasher and a W.C. On the second floor you will find two more bedrooms and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. Two bedrooms have double beds and one has two single beds. The villa is decorated with traditional furniture, all rooms are air conditioned and there is plasma TV, CD, DVD, WiFi internet, safe box, hairdryer, iron, board games, pool towels, barbeque, washing machine and an alarm system.
The small studio is on the ground floor right next door and offers a large double bed and a sofa bed, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. It also contains plasma TV, CD, DVD, WiFi internet, safe box, hairdryer, iron, board games, pool towels, washing machine and an alarm system.

The villa is located in the village of Lagopodo, in a unique location convenient for hiking or cycling towards the village of Kiliomenos (St. Nicholas) in a distance of 6km from the town of Zakynthos and the port, 5km from the airport, while in a distance of 5-9km the visitor can find the prettiest beaches of the island (Keri, Marathia, Laganas, Kalamaki, Tsilivi, Limnionas, Porto Roxa, etc.)
About 100 m. from the apartment there is a traditional tavern, one of the best in Zakynthos, with homemade food and local wine.
Finally, in a distance less than 1km away, you can find the well known monastery of Panagia Eleftherotria and the beautiful Enetic style church of Agia Mavra with its bell tower, which is of unique architecture and rare acoustic.
These sites constitute two of the main attractions of the island, while the famous beach of the island called âNavagioâ is just 30 minutes away by car.
