Located in a small residential complex, close to the sea. It has a covered terrace with views, perfect for enjoying a break with family or friends. Located in a quiet area 800 metres from the beach and 700 metres from the town and the shops.
The apartment has an open-plan area where there is a small kitchen with an opening looking to the dining area, equipped with a fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and tableware. The lounge-dining room has a table, chairs, chaise longue sofa and TV, and leads to the outside balcony.
There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside area with terrace and furniture. Large communal garden and pool.
Parking space in the garage on site.

The apartment is located close to the Cau del Llop beach, 1 km from the Port de Llançà area. Because of its situation, this beach is usually visited only by people in the nearby residential areas. Family atmosphere. Behind the beach is the GI-612 road which goes to El Port de la Selva. The coastal path also passes through here, along a section which isnât very busy and takes us to dozens of small quiet coves and beaches. Most of them are not sandy but stony beaches of dark-coloured rock, very characteristic of the area.
