The apartment, which is part of a residential complex featuring a shared pool, is located on the first floor and is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet connection.
The living room is complete with dining table for 4 people, flat screen TV, double sofa bed, and equipped kitchen: induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, juicer, dishwasher, toaster and american coffee machine; the living room leads to the terrace, covered with an awning, equipped with a dining table for 6 people with a beautiful view of the swimming pool.
The apartment is complete with a large double bedroom with wardrobe and the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet.
At guests' disposal, a convenient washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The pools inside "Borgo del Torchio" are located on different levels and in different places, to ensure peace and calm to all guests. They are open from the 1st of June until the 30th of September. Swimming cap is required.

*Use of tennis courts is allowed upon request to the residence reception.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of the hills of Valtenesi, and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tasting of Garda oil and D.O.C wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus, and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, and destination of a pleasant walk through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.

The apartment is located about 20 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 40 minutes from the airport.
