Two-bedroom apartment with beautiful views located inside a residential complex with pool in Desenzano del Garda, on the shores of Lake Garda.

The apartment welcomes guests with the large and bright living room consisting of a single sofa bed, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs and fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, american coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, juicer.
The living room overlooks the beautiful private covered terrace, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains!
The apartment continues with the master bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed and small TV, the second bedroom also equipped with a double bed and a small wardrobe, and the bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

Guests will benefit from amenities such as Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board and private parking (measurements: width 3.50m height 2.20m length 7.50m).

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.
In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.
In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmonione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.

The apartment is about 3 km from the Desenzano train station and about 30 minutes by car from the airport of Verona.
