The house
Known as the Chardonneret our property is a pretty semi detached four bedroom property converted from an old tobacco barn now over 200 years old.
It has retained its beams and honey coloured stone walls throughout but offers the modern comforts of home.
Downstairs
offers an open plan living space with kitchen dining and living areas along with two shower and toilet rooms.
Kitchen area
The kitchen has a gas cooker/ fridge/dishwasher/ microwave /kettle and coffee maker along with crockery and cooking utensils- a home from home feel.A payable washing machine is available communally
Living area
The living area has two sofas and two armchairs and the dining area has a large oak table and chairs.English and french tv available along with dvd .Perfect to escape the heat of the day.

Here there are 4 bedrooms
- a double room 140 x 200 bed
-a smaller double room 140 x 200 bed
- a bunk room 2 x 90x190 beds
- a twin room 2 x 90x190 beds
max sleeping capacity is 8 . Please note the top bunk is not suitable for adults
-All bedrooms have built in wardrobes

Our site has the flexibility to offer many types of holidays
For families it offers space for children to play and enjoy with such facilities including boules court,table tennis, badminton/ volleyball/ football and basket ball nets,a trampoline and 2 swing area as well as a swimming pool (11m x 7m) and heated pool (9m x5m) allowing swimming even in early spring and autumn all fenced, alarmed and open from 9am till 9pm
For couples wanting a calm environment then profit from the beautiful gardens and views
For those wanting history this is the region of the Hundred years war with castles and Bastide towns in abundance.This is also one of the most famous areas for caves being the home of Lascaux
Alternatively for the more active we have several local golf courses, cycling paths,canoeing,the Dordogne river is a 5 min drive away, horse riding,tennis, parascending,hot air balloon rides,lakes and aquaparks to name but a few .
Failing all that then just enjoy the gastronomy of the area with fine Perigordine cuisine( there is a superb restaurant just 5 minutes walk from us), and easy access to the local wine areas of Cahors Bordeaux Gaillac and Montbazillac
