Inside the property measures an impressive size of 135 m² and is fully air-conditioned, on the ground floor there is a living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (Jacuzzi bathtub). The floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to a large terrace with unobstructed sea views and an inner staircase offers access to the first floor where there is another bathroom and two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with two single beds. Outside there are comfortable hammocks, sunbeds, a barbecue and dining area, as well as a private pool (measuring 21 m²) and a private jacuzzi, all providing sensational views and relaxation. The pool and the jacuzzi are beautifully lit at night with RGB led lights and parking is available within the premises that sits within a small secure complex.
