Denna 3 300 kvadratmeter vackra fastigheten ligger i Quinta del Mar Luxury Condominiums, som är en privat fastighet med fullständig 24 timmar. Säkerhet, i Bahia de Banderas, (Nuevo Vallarta), Nayarit.

Ligger på första (mark) våningen, har denna vackra lägenhet en 900 kvadratmeter terrass, nära trädgårdarna, några meter från poolen och några meter från stranden.

Mycket bra beläget, Quinta del Mar är väldigt nära restauranger, shopping, nöjen, sjukhus och med en lätt bilresa till Puerto Vallarta.

Denna moderna lyxiga lägenhet är en 2-rums-svit och har luftkonditionering, marmorgolv, välutrustat med allt du behöver för en roligaste och lyxig semesterupplevelse, perfekt för upp till 6 personer

Befälhavaren svit har en king size-säng, en rymlig garderob, utrustad med plattskärms-TV, DVD och satellit kabel system, eget privat och väl upplyst badrum med bubbelbadkar, separat dusch och dubbla handfat. Från denna svit kommer du att njuta av en fantastisk utsikt över poolen och havet.

Det andra sovrummet är möblerat med två fulla sängar, en tränare, en rymlig klädkammare och en underbar utsikt över havet. Detta sovrum har också eget badrum med omklädningsrum, magnifika möbler och en dubbla handfat.

Tredje komplett badrum har marmor dusch, handfat och möbler.

Köket är fullt utrustat med moderna apparater, högsta kvalitet material, granit bänkskivor, 7-sits matbord, kylskåp, kaffebryggare, brödrost ugn, mikrovågsugn, spis, tallrikar, skålar, gafflar, knivar, skedar, glasögon, Kaffekrusar, krukor, kokkärl och lock, salladsskålar etc.

Matsalen har ett matbord med plats för upp till tio personer.

Above and beyond my expectations. Beautifully appointed, the art work was exceptional, the pool and beach areas always well looked after and the ambiance at Quido del mar was exceptional. My whole family loved it !

Fabulous Christmas in Mexico!

The location and condo was perfect for our family Christmas on the beach. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and in a great location. Area is very safe and a short walk to Bucerias however, I would recommend a car. Host was very responsive and even set up a small Christmas tree for us, very sweet and much appreciated. It's a lovely condo in a very safe quiet complex. Complex is very well maintained and the large pool and direct access to the beach through a secure gate was fabulous. Hopefully we will be back soon!!

Excellent

Beautiful property and lovely people. Luis, Sergio and Catalina all excellent and very helpful - five stars for Luis, and Catalina did an excellent job cleaning our unit. It would be helpful to have an instruction sheet in the condo explaining things such as where to put the garbage, access to beach, use of induction stove top, etc. otherwise all good and we really enjoyed our stay at Quinta del Mar.

Stunning condo!

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, this condo is perfect. This is not a resort, there are no activities or food. It is mainly owners at this complex. Owners are very friendly. The beach in front of the complex is beautiful, soft and clean (some occasional horse poop). We had the beach to ourselves every day. Pros Very spacious Lots of light Various dining and lounging areas 3 bathrooms Deck was huge and also had 2 separate eating areas and a variety of lounging areas. Very clean with sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer LOTS of plates but limited cutlery Lots of glasses, including wine glasses. Most were poetic which was good consisting the marble floor. Security was helpful and friendly. Quick response from owner while we were there and had questions Beach chairs and umbrellas Cons Beds in 2nd very hard and uncomfortable No "information sheet" for guests. This would be helpful to understand Do's and Don't's with the condo property, access to the beach (had to ask a neighbour for it), schedule of cleaning lady, nearby restaurants and food stores, how/where to get bottled water, what you need to supply (ex dishwasher soap, bar soap etc), location of bike racks. A drying rack would be helpful. No phone on the condo. Microwave tripped the breaker a number of times for no apparent reason. Photos of this condo do not do it justice. It is huge and stunning. Very well decorated and stocked. Lots of seating areas in and outside the condo. Steps to the pool and beach. Both bedrooms are large with sliding doors to the deck. Water in the complex is filtered and Teresa had filtered water installed in kitchen. We drank that water and used the ice cubes, no problems. Pool is a little chilly but beautiful. Beach chairs around pool and look it over the beach. We rented bikes from Vallarta Bikes (there are 2 bike racks on the property) and biked to all shopping and meals. Things not mentioned in listing: There are beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. Beach towels were provided. No beach toys.

Quinta Del Mar stay

Overall property/ location was outstanding with incredible sunsets with walk out to the pool / beach. All the amenities were as listed. The only reason the rating isn't 5 stars is a few things could /need to be improved upon - such as better mattresses ( very firm and poor), improved shower heads and actual wine glasses. Otherwise an outstanding property.

Mexico vacation

We were looking for a quiet place to relax, enjoy the sun, and whale watch. Quinta Del Mar is just such a place. Mostly Canadians and older retired folks but so are we. Beautiful landscape and our ground level condo was perfect. I would definitely rent again. Take binoculars because in February you are in for a whale of a show almost every day

Beautiful condo

Condo is beautiful and comfortable, literally just off the pool and the beach. Grounds are very well-cared for and nice to look at. I enjoyed reading on the patio and having coffee there in the morning. Lovely kitchen and decor throughout. Plenty of space for the family. Incredible views, especially of sunsets. Community is super safe and quiet. Close to many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping, and an easy distance to Bucerias. Our host was helpful and welcoming and we would happily stay here again.

Great Condo

Very much enjoyed our stay at this very spacious condo. Kitchen was well stocked. The view and terrace were amazing. The grounds are kept very beautiful. So nice to have the pool and beach just a few steps away. Close to 2 grocery stores. Staff was very helpful as well. The only negative thing (and it is minor) is that the main bedroom could use new pillows. Quiet and relaxing condo complex. Would definately stay here again.

Family getaway

An amazing condo! Super clean and everything you need. She had dishes for every need. Was wonderful to sit out on the patio and watch the amazing view. Patty was very helpful and Teresa was very good replying back to us if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this property.

The Perfect Home Away from Home for our Mexican Vacation

We cannot say enough about how perfect this condo is! Driving onto the property, there is 24 hour security at the front gate. All the security guards are extremely friendly. The grounds are immaculate and everyday the staff are working hard at up-keeping everything. The location of the condo is also perfect! Close to grocery stores and Bucerias and an easy cab ride to PV! The condo itself has a grand entrance with a huge beautiful wood door. You walk down the entrance hall into the great area where the views immediately take your breath away!! The patio doors open wide on both the dining room and living room side to have constant indoor/ourdoor living! The private terrance was the absolute seller! No need to run down to save a chair in the early am. There are 2 sun beds and complete outdoor living furniture for everyone to enjoy just a stones throw away from the pool! If you want to be right beside the ocean, there are sun beds overlooking the ocean that are always available. The beach is pristine and guarded by the property security to keep clear of passerbyers - truly the beach to yourself! Teresa also provides everything you need for a fantastic day in the sun. HUGE beach towels, beach chairs and coolers, plastic cups, and a blender for endless margaritas! The kitchen was perfect and had anything we needed for home cooked meals, and more! The charcoal Weber BBQ on the terrace was awesome! We loved eating all our meals on the dining table outside, from breakfast to late night dinners. The neighbours in the complex were super friendly and helpful. Even met a couple living there from our home town! The washer and dryer was also a great bonus! I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone. I have been raving about it since we got home and already have a few coworkers that said they would definitely be booking with Teresa on their next vacation!! Thanks again, Teresa, for being so accommodating making our vacation perfect!

This property is spacious, modern, comfortable and provides walk-out-the-door access to the pool and ocean (ground floor). The location is fantastic! On site staff are friendly and helpful and Teresa was great to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Spacious Condo In An Excellent Location

All the details and photos for this property were exactly as noted on the VRBO website. The only difference was instead of the front loading washing machine, there was an older model top load/stacked washer dryer and a small, chest style deep freeze. The pool and grounds were maintained on a daily basis. Our whole family did drink the purified tap water in the condo from time to time (mostly purchased water) and no one had any issues. There is a great view of the long beach in both directions (north and south) from the top of wall that separates the condo property from the public beach. If you want to go down to the beach and ocean, there is a set of cement stairs that you can walk down to get there. There are outdoor showers that have nice warm water to rinse off in after your ocean/beach time. The property is constantly monitored by security people 24 hours a day. The inside of the condo is very spacious. We appreciated the fact that there wasn't a mildew smell like there normally is in other accommodations we have stayed at near the ocean. The beds and bedding were clean with no bad/strange odor; although, they are super hard. All the appliances, garborator, and toilets worked fine. There was always enough hot water – the water pressure in the showers was okay, but the heads probably needed to be cleaned for a more even spray. The jets in the master ensuite tub were not working, but we didn’t want to use this anyhow. The blinds need to be cleaned and there are some stains on the walls. The cushions on the couches/chairs seemed pretty clean. We would definitely love to come back to this condo, but hope that now that the owners are renting it out (from the reviews, it looks like we were probably only the 2nd group to rent it); it will receive the TLC it deserves.

Breathtaking oceanview

My husband and I stayed here for the month of January. This is a very spacious condo with a huge patio to have your morning breakfast or to watch the evening sunsets. You might even get to see the humpback whales jumping out in the bay. If you're looking for a tranquil place to stay this would be a great choice. We truly enjoyed our stay.
