Welcome to Luxury Villa Aspecta with pool in a small place Icici near Opatija, Kvarner area in beautiful Croatia!
The deluxe mansion is situated in a secluded part overlooking Rijeka and the nearby islands, Krk and Cres.
4-bedroom villa Aspecta with 4 bathrooms accepts up to 8 guests and features many amenities. The lavish 5-star property boasts a mini-golf court with 9 tracks, a heated pool with salted water, sauna, outdoor Jacuzzi, fitness room, billiard, summer kitchen, rooftop terrace, grill, private parking.
The interior of Luxury Villa Aspecta is modern, bright, and very stylish. A comfortable living room with a sofa and fireplace offers a sea view. A clear-line kitchen has all the appliances necessary for your culinary show.
Each of the four bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding rain shower, a flat TV, air conditioning. Every bedroom also has a balcony with a stunning sea view, a park view, and a city view.
The outdoor area features a swimming pool has 36 m2 with a waterfall, and is equipped with an outdoor shower, beach chairs and sun umbrellas. Several seating areas are equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture.
