This modern vacation home is located in the heart of Istria and lies on a property that spreads over 7000 m2 of magnificent surroundings. Olives, vineyards and lavender fields are a landscape where you will wake up every day.
The 2-bedroom holiday home can accommodate smaller families and offers privacy as many amenities. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, staying in this property will awaken all your senses.
The interior of Holiday Home Casia is modern, bright and open-concept. The comfortable living room with sofa and fireplace has an unobstructed view of the kitchen as well as the outdoor area and terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances for a pleasant and delicious dinner on summer nights.
Both bedrooms have a private bathroom with a freestanding rain shower, flat TV, and air conditioning. Each bedroom also has a beautiful view of the lavender fields, olive grove and vineyard.
The outdoor seating area is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and a jacuzzi. In the garden, there are sun loungers and an outdoor shower that will refresh you on hot days.
The specialty of Holiday Home Casia is certainly the summer kitchen with an outside dining area and gas grill, where in hot summer evenings you can enjoy dinners under the stars.
