In a residential area, ideal for those who want to spend a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of Vilamoura centre but close to what they need.

PROPERTY RULES

• No smoking

• No parties or events

• Groups under 40 years old are not allowed.

• No pets allowed on the property

• Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

• Do not exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 8 guests (children included)

• It is not allowed to leave trash or dirty dishes on the property after check-out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

• If the rules are not followed, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without a refund.



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

• Ecolab-certified cleaning products.

• Bed linens and bath towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.



SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket, safe.



CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

• €30.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM

• €50.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 11:00 PM onwards

Guests should inform SAPvillas in advance of the expected arrival time.

If arriving before 5:00 PM, you can leave your luggage at our office.



KEY COLLECTION: At the accommodation.



CHECK-OUT: by 11:00 AM

Please inform us at least one day in advance if you plan to check out before 11:00 AM.

If you check out after 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM, you can leave your luggage at our office.
