Rose cottage is a delightful semi-detached cottage within the village of Marldon, Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The living areas include a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, along with a living/dining area with TV with Freeview and DVD player and an electric fire, while the shared utility houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms include a double and a twin, served by a shower room. Outside there is a shared garden with sun deck and heated swimming pool, along with off-road parking for one car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop, within 0.2 miles there is a pub and within 2.8 miles, a beach. Rose Cottage is a delightful dwelling for touring Devon. Please note, the sundeck and swimming pool is available from the middle of May to the middle of September only.
