The apartment welcomes guests with the spacious air-conditioned living room consisting of two comfortable sofas, dining table with chairs, flat screen TV, fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, juicer and machine some coffee.
The living room leads to the private terrace of the apartment, equipped with a table and chairs for morning breakfasts in the open air and moments of relax!
The property continues with the two bedrooms, both equipped with a large queen size bed and wardrobe.
The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom furnished with shower and toilet.
Guests have access to an independent laundry corner with washing machine and iron and ironing board.
* Guests can park their car in the public place in the street in front of the apartment.
Small pets are allowed.

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.
In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.
In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmonione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to SalĂČ, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.
The apartment can be reached from Verona airport (40 minutes by car) and from the motorway at the Desenzano exit.
