Ground Floor
Upon entering the villa, you will be captivated by the ground floor's seamless fusion of an open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances including an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils, ensures a culinary experience beyond compare. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living area beckons with its sumptuous seating and a television, while sliding doors seamlessly connect to the private pool and marble sunbathing terrace.

Lower Ground Floor
Descend to the lower ground floor, where a spacious double en-suite bedroom awaits, complete with sliding doors that open onto a tranquil garden patio. For your convenience, a well-appointed utility room with fitted cupboards, a washing machine, clothes airer, iron, and ironing board as well as an extra bathroom is also at your disposal.


First Floor
Ascending to the first floor, you will discover two additional enchanting bedrooms. To the right, a tastefully furnished double en-suite bedroom with a French-style balcony awaits, inviting you to relax and revel in the surrounding beauty. At the front of the villa, a second double en-suite bedroom boasts a private balcony overlooking the azure sea. Both bedrooms exude an airy and light-filled ambience, while generously accommodating your wardrobe needs.


Second Floor
As you ascend to the second floor, a final double en-suite bedroom awaits, nestled in the eaves of the villa. Its private balcony offers mesmerizing elevated sea views, inviting you to unwind and immerse yourself in tranquillity. A utility/storage room is also conveniently located on this floor, catering to your practical requirements.


Outside The Villa- Pool area
Stepping outside the villa, you will be greeted by a captivating pool terrace facing the sea, featuring a private infinity pool as its centrepiece. Surrounding the pool, you can find a comfortable hammock, bed, sun loungers and an 8-seater dining area that prepares you to indulge in unrivalled luxury.

Regarding check-in and checkout, please note that the designated check-in time is 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival, while checkout is scheduled for 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. We strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability, and therefore, appreciate advance notice of any late or early check-in/check-out requests, additional charges may apply.
