The villa offers four spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The spacious living room connected to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area is perfect for socializing - whether it's a family gathering, dinner with friends or relaxing after a day at the beach.
The layout of the villa is designed for maximum comfort - on the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, small gym with playroom and two bedrooms with bathrooms. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms - one with a private bathroom and the other with a bathroom right next to the room.
The outdoor area is a true Mediterranean oasis - in the center of the courtyard there is a large heated swimming pool (40 mÂČ), surrounded by fragrant herbs, olive trees and local spices. In the corner of the garden there is a covered terrace with a barbecue - perfect for preparing a meal at sunset or enjoying a morning coffee as the sun rises.
