Two storey-house located about 10 minutes walk from the Playa Blanca promenade. It consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, garden, private pool and private parking area. Near the house there are two small grocery stores, bars, restaurants and cafes.

Surfing holiday in Lanzarote

A great stay for what is the second time at this villa. Clean functional and in a nice quiet location with plenty of outdoor space. Hosts are great too!

Perfect retreat

We loved our stay here. 6 of us fitted perfectly - plenty of living area, nice outside space and a lovely quiet safe neighbourhood close to the seafront with plenty of amazing g restaurants and bars, and a handy little supermarket nearby.

Lovely villa

We had a lovely time at Villa Turquesa. It was clean, well appointed and we all commented how comfortable the beds and pillows were. Manuel was excellent before and during the holiday - we had an issue with the hot water which was sorted immediately. The wine and water were a lovely welcoming gift. We would happily stay in this villa again.

Nice Villa some issues.

Villa was in a good location nice and quiet. A car would be advantageous as some distance to playa blanca town. About the Villa.. Advertised as 3 bedrooms, but one bedroom downstairs was locked. Also advertised as heated pool, but the two times we tried it , it was very cold. The interior was looking tired and of need of upgrading. Large splits in the settee seat's, coffee table poor repair to corner and kitchen cupboard doors looking tatty with mdf water damage. Also concrete sunbed mattress cover has holes in it the size of a cup. We have stayed in Playa Blanca many many times in many villas and this was the most disappointing

Really disappointed

During our stay we had a few issues as follows: 1. Upstairs shower didn’t work at all and never got fixed during the week of our stay 2. No Hot water pressure in the upstairs sink - never got fixed during the week of our stay 3. Bedside light in upstairs bedroom broken - never got fixed during our stay The villa is ok, but a few simple things would make it so much better 1. 2 of the bedrooms had fitted wardrobes- great but neither had a mirror 2. The remaining bedroom did have a mirror but no wardrobes - again not ideal if the villa is fully occupied 3. No lamp in the lounge 4. The concrete sunloungers had no cushions so no way could they be used 5. 1 socket in the kitchen!!! All easy to change but so disappointed with the villa and for the cost I could not recommend.

Haus mit Potential

Die Lage ist ruhig mit netten Nachbarn.Die Ausstattung sollte einer Renovierung unterzogen werden. Der Pool ist gut. Service und Support des Vermieters ist sehr gut.

Villa Tuequesa

1. Bei Ankunft war das Haus muffig, was sich im Badezimmer mit der Zeit zu einem unerträglichen Gestank ausweitete. Leider natürlich am Sonntag! Der erste Versuch durch die Ferienhausbetreuung schlug fehl, erst am Folgetag konnte eine Firma das Problem vorübergehend beheben. 2. Der Pool war nicht beheizbar, obwohl die Möglichkeit angeblich bestand, es kümmerte sich auch niemand darum, obwohl das den betreuenden Personen bekannt war. Da mehrere Tage starker, kühler Wind herrschte, war das ein sehr unerfreulicher Aspekt. 3. Es fehlte eine schriftliche Erläuterung zu den Gepflogenheiten im Haus, Reinigung, Müllentsorgungen etc., wie wir das sonst aus Ferienhäusern gewohnt sind. 4. Es fehlten angemessene Reinigungsgerätschaften, um zwischendurch etwas für etwas Hygiene sorgen (Kakerlaken!). 5. Die angeblich vollständig und gut ausgerüstete Küche für 6 Personen gab kaum etwas für 4 Personen her. Untertassen fehlten, es waren nicht genügend kleine Teller vorahnden, es fehlten Messer zum Brotschmieren (die existierenden waren stumpfe Steakmesser), für die erfreulichen 4 elektrischen Küchenhelfer existierte lediglich 1! Steckdose. Es war keine Teekanne vorhanden. 6. Wir waren etwas enttäuscht über die sehr billige Ausstattung dieses doch nicht ganz billigen Hauses. Hätten wir im Hause essen müssen (z.B. wegen zu starken Windes) wäre das für 4 Personen praktisch unmöglich gewesen, der Aufenthalt im "living room" war doch sehr beengt, 1 Tisch auf 3 Terassen deutlich zu wenig!

A few days in Lanzarote

Very nice and clean villa which kept warm and dry. Kids loved the pool and it had everything we needed for a short break. Would recommend.

Slecht onderhouden huis

Op de foto’s en tekst een prima huis maar bij aankomst bleek het anders. Zo was het zwembad groen van de algen, zou het zwembad verwarmd zijn maar die was defect, lekte de airco in de bovenste slaapkamer en beneden geen koude lucht, tafel stond op instorten en een enorme riool lucht in de badkamer.

Great location. Clean property and spacious. Cleaners come and changed all bedding and towels

Everything ran smoothly and was an easy process to book. Keys was on site at property so didn’t have to make other arrangements or travel elsewhere to collect. Villa was nice and clean and fully equipped with all kitchen utensils. Pool towels. Board games. Books and much more Pool man came twice during our stay And cleaners popped in to change bedding and supply new towels. Property was secure with even gated parking to the property. Would defo book again and book through Vrbo

Good value great privacy one or two issues

Very clean villa. Lovely pool and outdoor area. Well equipped. Location fine. Quiet but a car makes access to downtown Playa Blanca so much easier. A few issues we decided to live with - upstairs air con dripped water after 5 minutes use, upstairs shower never gave out hot water. A few instructions would have been helpful eg best supermarkets, location of public bins. Overall well worth the money

Fantastic villa

Loved our stay at villa Turquesa! Villa had everything we needed for a great holiday. Cleaners changed towels twice a week and the pool man topped up the chlorine etc. The pool was a bit chilly when we arrived but a quick message to the management company and they boosted the heating so it was perfect! The location was good. 5 mins walk to a supermarket, excellent bakery Le Moka and restaurant Flamenca. We hired a car as the better beaches are the other side of Playa Blanca. We also visited the volcano national park - arrive 9.30am to avoid queues! Plus other towns and vineyards. Great family holiday!

Excepcional

Excelente lugar para alojarse. Habitaciones y baños muy amplios. El exterior y piscina genial. Cocina muy bien equipada. Por ponerle un pero, las luces exteriores del jardín se encienden de madrugada. Avisamos de que el temporizador estaba mal programado pero nadie de mantenimiento vino a modificarlo.
