Number 5 Coastguard cottages has been recently transformed from its former 18th Century glory to a new and tastefully furnished 3 bedroom holiday home. Guests will not be dissappointed by the attention to detail and stylish funishings, giving this property a real luxury feel.
Torquay has plenty of fashionable cafes, eateries and restaurants alongside the popular visitor attractions and marina activities of the harbour. Visitors can take to the water with water sports, a 'sea-fari' boat trip, fishing, sailing, surfing or with a pleasure cruise along the river on the scenic Greenway Ferry. The property is directly on the South Devon Coastal Path
Why not attend one of the many annual events and festivals in the area, Torbay Air Show, Electric Bay festival, Paignton Festival, The Torbay Royal Regatta, Agatha Christie Festival, England's Seafood Feast, Devon County Show and the Bay of Lights.

Parking: 1 Private parking space on road outside the front of the property, which is on a private cul-de-sac road.
Electric car charging point: Located at the front of the property, 32 AMP, available for an additional charge.
Pet Restrictions: Please note that dogs are not allowed in the carpeted areas of the cottage. Dogs must remain in the hard floored rooms in the downstairs of the cottage. Please use the sliding doors between the dining room and the hall to ensure that dogs do not go beyond this point. Dogs are not allowed on the sofa’s or chairs.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
