Villa Vespucci enjoys a spectacular location directly on the Pelosa beach and features private parking, air conditioning, five bedrooms and five bathrooms (one of which is outside the villa).

The villa is rented for exclusive use, located directly on the crystal clear sea of Pelosa beach.

The villa is located between the Pelosa Beach (1.2 km) and the small port of Ancora, where you can enjoy an excellent restaurant with a sea view.

Spend your holidays relaxing in direct contact with the most beautiful sea in the world, in perfect isolation between land and sea. Forget the car and choose the sea.

The villa, located in front of the sea, arranged on one floor, is characterized by a large well-kept garden and stands overlooking the Pelosa beach. The view is incredible. From the bedrooms the view is lost in the sea.

The villa consists of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (one of which is outside the villa and useful when returning from the sea), with the addition of an outdoor shower in the garden, hot and cold.

Designed by a nationally renowned architect in the 1970s, this structure was conceived to coexist in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature: gardens, crystal clear sea and the turquoise of the sea can be enjoyed as far as the eye can see.

The size of the villa is such that it can easily accommodate 12 people, 10 of them with their own suite. A wireless satellite Internet connection is integrated in the villa.

The property is located close to the town of Stintino, on the Lungomare La Pelosa, with access to the sea below the house and parking spaces reserved for our customers.

The town of Stintino is about 2.4km away and is equipped with all services.

The tourist port of Porto Torres is 25km away. Alghero Airport is 45km away and Olbia Airport is 150km away.

Security deposit of 500 euro to be paid on arrival. The deposit will be refunded on departure provided that the house has not been damaged and is returned in order.

Tourist tax to be paid in cash on arrival.

It is allowed to the host or the maintainer to enter for the maintenance of the facilities.

The rent will be based on the number of guests indicated at the time of booking. Extra guests not indicated in the booking will have to pay 100€ extra per day.
