In the heart of Peschiera del Garda, just a few steps from the old town centre and the beach, the Benaco holiday flat awaits you: a modern and cosy retreat within a quiet residential complex with swimming pool and play area, ideal for families and couples seeking relaxation.

Located on the second floor of the ‘Dogana’ residence, the flat has been recently renovated with taste and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, bright and designed to offer maximum comfort: two double bedrooms, all air-conditioned and blacked out thanks to electric shutters, a complete bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine, and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
The living room opens onto a beautiful balcony overlooking the swimming pool, where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun or dinner at sunset.

The flat is also equipped with satellite TV, WiFi, a safe and plenty of free parking spaces within the complex.
The swimming pool is open during the summer and is perfect for cooling off and relaxing in a quiet and private atmosphere.

The location is truly privileged: it only takes a few minutes on foot to reach the beach, the train station and the centre of Peschiera, with its restaurants, bars and shops overlooking the lake. And if you are travelling in a group or with friends, you can also book the adjacent flat, on the same floor, ideal for accommodating four more people in comfort.

Arrival instruction all good ,key pad etc all as outlined. No personal meeting managed by remote company, communicated via whatsapp. Photos gave true impression of the place, clean comfortable, and quiet, but we were there out of season. Pool closed, so check if this important to you. No lift, and apartment on 3rd floor. Parking outside good, close to town 10 min walk and local bar and restaurant. Well provided, but strange no oven, just hob and microwave. Would consider returning as we enjoyed it.

Really excellent apartment

The apartment was spacious, has parking, 5 minutes to the train station and 5 minutes to lakeside. It was immaculately clean. The air conditioning was fantastic. Everything was very clear and easy and we would stay and use this apartment again

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location

The apartment is clean and spacious with comfortable beds, air-conditioning, good Wi-fi and TV. It is located in a gated community which feels very safe and is a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Peschiera del Garda. There is a very nice swimming pool (you need a hat if you have hair!) and plenty of parking spaces if you have a car. There is no oven or toaster - just a hob and a microwave with grill - but this won't matter if you are eating out most of the time! We did not have a car but found it easy to get ferries to other parts of the lake and it was a short walk to a little beach with pedalos. The train station is a short walk if you want to go to Verona or further afield for a day. The nearest supermarket (Penny Market) is about 10 minutes' walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment is clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and air-conditioning, good Wi-fi and TV. It is in a gated community which feels very safe and is a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Peschiera del Garda. Although a car is not necessary, there are plenty of parking spaces if you do hire a car. There is a very nice swimming pool (you need to wear a swimming hat if you have hair!). It would be good to provide two sets of keys, so that a) guests don't always have to go out together and b) one set can be left in the padlock in case you lock yourself out of the apartment (there are no instructions about what to do if you do lock yourself out). The facilities shown on Vrbo include an oven and a toaster (it has neither) so it needs to be made clear that there is just a hob and a microwave with grill. It needs to be clear on Vrbo that the property is managed by My Garda Holiday and not a private host. The messaging service via Vrbo does not seem to work as we never received a reply by doing this - again, please make it clear about contacting My Garda Holiday directly rather than through Vrbo. It would be good to provide more detailed information in the apartment about local amenities, e.g. supermarkets, pharmacies and how to get to them on foot and by car. Up-to-date ferry timetables would be helpful and more tourist leaflets about where to visit. There are no instructions about what to do in the case of a fire and there didn't appear to be a smoke alarm.
