Inside a beautiful villa with swimming pool, there is a cool accommodation located in a lower position than the street level with 2 very spacious double bedrooms with mosquito nets.
Air conditioner in the sleeping area and living area, full bathroom with large shower and all services.
Kitchen with dishwasher and oven. A sofa bed is available for the fifth person in the living room. There is a second outdoor kitchen with barbecue.
Very nice outdoor area well cared for down to the smallest detail with a beautiful swimming pool, internal car park and veranda where you can comfortably eat outdoors.
Outdoor spaces shared with the owner who always lives inside the structure on the first floor. The swimming pool is exclusive for the guests.
House located near the centre of Alessano. Several services available within a radius of 500 meters.
Sea reachable by car in 10-15 minutes.
Bed/bath linen available on request at a cost of EUR 15 per person.
Pets not allowed. We inform there are different pets inside the property (2 dogs and 4 cats)
