VILLA PAPAYA is a villa designed in the nature where 8 people can easily stay with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in Ovacik, Fethiye, where you can enjoy your holiday. Our villa has been rented to our customers in the past years and our customers were very satisfied. It has a private swimming pool located in a large garden. There is a children's pool too. You can prepare delicious dinners with the fully equipped kitchen of our villa. Villa PAPAYA, which is 5 minutes by car to Ölüdeniz, 10 minutes to the center of FETHIYE, 45 minutes to DALAMAN airport. It is within walking distance to bars, restaurants and entertainment venues and only 2 minutes by car. . Offering a unique holiday, our villa has a large and spacious hall, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The villa has all home decoration items, white goods, iron and ironing board.

Great villa in fab location

Great villa with lots of room inside and out. Lovely pool area and gazebo to relax and enjoy drinks in the evening. Kitchen well stocked although we’d read reviews so brought a couple of bin bags, dish cloth and dishwasher tablets with us. That said Migros supermarket is only a short walk away. We love Ottomons and Shiraz restaurants and cocktails at Mirage before heading to Hisaronu. Adam at Mirage akways does a good deal if you want yo change money. All in all, a lovely villa, in great location.

Fantastic Villa

We had an amazing two week holiday at Villa Papaya. The villa is wonderful with plenty of space to relax. The villa has all you need although worth mentioning cleaning materials and kitchen ingredients which you sometimes find left by previous people are not present here. I would highly recommend Villa Papaya.

Wonderful stay on Villa Papaya

We had a wonderful stay at villa papaya. Location was nice and peaceful but only a stones through from bars, restaurants and shopping. We didn’t need a car and got around everywhere by bus, which was so easy. The villa and pool were perfect. Worked for teenagers through to adults. All in all a fantastic holiday.

Amazing Villa

A beautiful Villa in a great location, described accurately. We have been going to the Oludeniz area for a number of years now and this is one of the nicest villa’s we have stayed in. It is very close to local amenities and kept in perfect condition. The communication with Ali was great and ensured we had everything we needed.

Great property

We have stayed in a few different villas in this area and this is definitely one we would return to. The villa had a lovely shaded seating area and carport cover which we found very useful. we didn't have little children but thought the small pool would be great for people who do. The Villa is within easy walking distance to restaurants/shops and supermarkets in Ovacik. Communication with Ali was great at all times. I would highly recommend this villa as a great place to stay.

Lovely villa but could do with some home touches

The villa was lovely, great size, lovely outdoor area. We had a few issues and these were dealt with very quickly. We have rented several times in Turkey and we were suprised that there were no basics. No tea towels, no plug for kitchen sink, no small amounts of cleaning products as these are quite often left by each outgoing guest. We left all of these. Bedside lamp in the double bedroom would have been nice. Patio furniture on the master suite terrace/patio. If you go make sure you take some essentials to get you started.

Lovely villa

Ali was FANTASTIC with communication, he would usually reply within minutes- even very late at night). The villa was spacious and clean (had ground, 1st and 2nd floor) . Someone came in the mornings to clean the pool. We paid extra £100/week for pool heating. Cots provided for our babies. A word of advice to future renters would be make sure to purchase the essentials (hand wash, toilet paper, drinking water, etc) as nothing is provided. 2/3 supermarkets are within walking distance (about 10 minutes away). Restaurants also near by (near to the super markets). Throughly enjoyed our stay.
