The Space:
Located in the Alta Valle del Tevere, near the border between Umbria and Tuscany, the estate is located in a plain area between two awesome tiny lakes, one of which is inside the premises, where the sporty guests can go fishing. Surrounded by green woods rich of different species of trees and rolling fields, this villa features an airfield within its 20 hectares of farmland.

On a 800 meters long track guests can take off and land by practicing, on request, tourist flights without disturbing the peace and relaxation of the guests who can really feel like they never left home as this place is really permeated by the cozy feeling conveyed by its structures. A philosophy that also characterizes the cuisine of the restaurant inside the farm where the raw materials are strictly cooked fresh and where the excellences of the territory is enhanced by amazingly tasty menus.

This villa can comfortably host up to 23 guests over its 9 rooms served by 5 bathrooms, is also suitable for celebrating unforgettable moments such as weddings, dream ceremonies and events. This villa is the ideal base for visiting cities such as Gubbio, Arezzo, Perugia.
