Flying Hooves is a detached single storey cottage located in the beautiful village of Ponsanooth. Kennall Vale nature reserve is a hidden gem located a short walk from Ponsanooth, perfect for those who enjoy exploring the beautiful nature.  The centre of the village is approximately half a mile away with a well stocked shop that also serves freshly prepared hot and cold food.  Size: Sleeps 2 people in 1 bedrooms
Beds: 1 Double bed.
Rooms: 1 double bedroom, conservatory, living/kitchen dining area, shower room, utility room. The accommodation is on one level with no internal steps making it suitable for the less mobile. 
Kitchen and Utilities: Fitted kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, separate freezer. Washing machine in the utility room.
Pets: One pet allowed.
Outside Space: Private fully enclosed back garden with a small lawn, garden furniture and benefits from the sounds of a trickling stream. 
Parking:  Allocated parking space for one car.  There is no EV charging point at the premises and EV charging is not allowed using sockets inside the property. 
General: WiFi provided. Heating and electric included in rent. Bed linen and towels are provided. This property is not suitable for children or infants.
