Leaving the airport take the motorway (Via RaÌpida) West in the direction of Funchal and after this to Ribeira Brava. Travel for 34. Km.
When you reach the end of the motorway (approximately 35 minutes) keep on the right hand lane and follow the signs to Ribeira Brava â Ponta do Sol.
The slip road will lead you to a roundabout. Take the first exit to Ribeira Brava and drive towards the sea for 1,4Km. You will reach another roundabout. Take the 1st exit into the tunnel and you will now carry on for 3,9Km until you reach the roundabout of Ponta do Sol.
At the end of the tunnel you will reach another roundabout; take the 2nd exit , signposted Ponta do Sol and drive through another tunnel. At the end, carry on along the coastal road and you will enter another tunnel. At the end, carry on along the coastal road and you will enter another tunnel.
At the end of this tunnel you will come to the roundabout of Ponta do Sol; on the left you will find a petrol station and mini market. Take the 2nd exit into the next tunnel and drive for 2,8Km.

At the roundabout (1,6Km), take the first turn-off, signposted to Calheta, drive through the next tunnel for 1,8Km.
Reaching the next roundabout, take the second exit following signs to Calheta and through another tunnel until you reach the Calheta roundabout (2,5Km).
Go straight across (2nd exit) , signposted Prazeres (donât turn left into Calheta) and enter a further tunnel, driving for 2,3Km.
Reaching the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit, signposted Porto Moniz/Ponta do Pargo/Prazeres and continue for 3,9Km until you reach the roundabout at Prazeres.
Take the 2nd exit, sign posted Porto Moniz, Ponta do Pargo, Prazeres and carry on for 2,7Km until you reach the next roundabout.
At the next roundabout, go straight across (2nd exit) signposted to Porto Moniz, FajaÌ da Ovelha and continue for a further 900m.
Upon reaching the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit (left) signposted FajaÌ da Ovelha, Paul do Mar Capela S. Lourenço and start descending towards FajaÌ da Ovelha and Paul do Mar along a secondary road. You are now 2,9Km from your destination.
At 2,1Km you come to the FajaÌ da Ovelha Church, which is where you will find the nearest mini- market (Mini-mercado S. JoaÌo). You will then go past the first turn-off to Massapez on the right.
A further 1Km and after a sharp turn you will go past the second turn-off to Massapez on the right. Only 50m further on you will find a ramp on the left (signposted Caminho de S. Lourenço). Turn off here and drive up the ramp for around 50m. You will reach Sunset Cliff Villas on the right.
Park in the car park and go to meet Lidia or Juan.
