An ever-changing show to be enjoyed from the elegant loungers that surround it, while enjoying the summer sun or relaxing with a book.To complete the garden you will find a large porch with barbecue and table - to have an aperitif outdoors or enjoy a pleasant meal with friends - a chill out area next to the pool, with a comfortable sofa where you can have some relaxing time and a petanque court to spend fun moments with your loved ones.

Shall we go inside the house?At the entrance we find a large open space shared by the kitchen - ultra modern - equipped with everything (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, wine fridge) - a kitchen island with stools, a dining table with 8 chairs and a living area with two comfortable sofas and Smart TV. This area gives space to a large panoramic terrace - that you can access through French double doors - complete with sofas, table and chairs. The highlight of this space are the views of the surrounding area and the sea that gofrom Torre Valentina beach to Calonge and its castle. This floor is completed by 3 bathrooms, two of them ensuite and three bedrooms - two with a double bed and one with single beds. This last bedroom has and access to the outside with a porch with a table, two chairs and - of course - sea view like the other bedrooms. From this floor you can also access the garden area without having to go through the lower floor.The lower floor, facing the pool, is practically an independent studio, which can be accessed from the living room, down some stairs, or from the outside. Here we find a particular detail: a rustic-style wooden kitchen, fully equipped of course. Opposite, a living room with a sofa bed, Smart TV a table and chairs ideal for remote working and a bathroom. To preserve the privacy of the guests eventually sleeping on this floor, you can access the pool area directly from the first floor area without having to walk through this floor.This prestigious property that offers all modern comforts for your holiday: A BOSE music system that allows you to play music independently in all the bedrooms, living room and study, for the soundtrack of your holidays on the Costa Brava; high speed internet; air conditioning (air conditioning and heating) throughout the house; USB socket for mobile or PC and a Bose sound system installed throughout the house.The Villa is also equipped with alarm and protected by an automatic gate at the entrance with a video intercom.
