This stone-built property is set over one floor with an extensive terrace that runs the length of the property and large patio doors give you access from the living/dining room and provide an abundance of natural light. This spacious triple-aspect room has high beamed ceilings, whitewashed walls, a feature fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and is furnished with comfortable sofas and a dining table. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with modern units and appliances with a utility area to the side. The 3 bedrooms are tastefully furnished and bright with picture windows and views of the garden, there is one double with an en-suite bathroom, two twins and a family shower room. Outside, the true Mallorcan charm continues to impress with private gardens, planted with Mediterranean trees, olive trees, palm trees, flowers, shrubs and a well-maintained lawn. The pool is generously sized measuring 50 m² and a poolside shower and sunbeds are provided for the guests to enjoy long days of sunshine. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
