The location of this apartment could not be more convenient, it is in the centre of Vilamoura with only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the marina.
The 2 bedroom apartment is on the 6th floor of the luxury complex of Moura Praia which has a gated entrance and security.
The apartment is comfortable, well furnished and decorated. The kitchen is fully fitted and bright and airy. The lounge has plenty of seating with one comfortable large sofa bed while in the dining area there is seating for 6. There is a balcony off the lounge with patio table and two chairs foa a coffee or read a book and enjoy the amazing see view.
The lawned gardens and swimming pool are totally private for the residents and guests.
At the marina, which is one of the largest in Europe, there are many international restaurants and bars for you to choose from as you watch the yachts in their moorings bob up and down with the tide.
Kitchen: Oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), iron/ironing board.
Lounge/dining room: 2x settee, 1x sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, flat screen Smart Tv, Netflix, cable TV, air conditioning, balcony with table and chairs.
Bedroom: Double bed, private bathroom, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, (hot and cold) safe. The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink, bidet, toilet hairdryer.

Clever Details is management company based in Vilamoura, our office is near the casino. We have available a 24h emergency number. All of our self catering villas and apartments have a Municipal Rental Licence (AL) which includes fire safety equipment and electricity and gas inspection. IMPORTANT: Check in from 16:00h until 18:00h. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed by CleverDetails. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 18:00h: between 18:00h and 24:00h - 35 euros; between 24:00h and 01:00h - 50 euros; between 01:00h and 09:00h - 100 euros (subject to availability).
