Guests of this flat will be able to step onto the beach just by walking out the front door of the building. You will also have access to two fantastic communal swimming pools (seasonal) where you can relax in the sun on comfortable sun loungers.
If you want to sit and read a newspaper or magazine, you have a communal area where you can do so. You can also bring your bicycle and enjoy the incredible routes through the landscapes that this beautiful city has to offer. The building has a storage area exclusively for bicycles. There is also one parking space per flat.
The flat is simply ideal to enjoy an unforgettable family holiday. It is located on the second floor of the building Acapulco IV; its terrace, very close to the front flats, faces south and is equipped with table and chairs.
Inside you have a living room with sofa bed, private WIFI, flat screen TV, and air conditioning with hot and cold pump by Split.
There are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two complete bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. Both have bidet.
The kitchen is independent and equipped with utensils and kitchenware. It has the following electrical appliances: Fridge, Oven, Vitroceramic hob, Microwave and Electric boiler.
