Spacious duplex with 3 terraces, air conditioning and free wifi. Located in the exclusive residence of Via Augusta, it offers 2 communal swimming pools, for adults and children with lawn and shaded areas. It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 5 minutes walk from Montañar beach in Jåvea and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.
Accommodation
This comfortable, modern and bright duplex apartment of 149 mÂČ has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with capacity for 6 people.
On the first floor we find a fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. In addition, on this floor we have a comfortable living room and dining room with sofa, flat-screen TV, free WiFi and double doors that open to a terrace with outdoor table and chairs. On this floor there is also a toilet.
A beautiful and spacious staircase leads to the upper floor. On this floor are the 3 bedrooms; a bedroom with two single beds; a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, this bedroom has access to a large and bright terrace with outdoor furniture and great views of MontgĂł; and a third bedroom with a double bed that also has access to a bright and large terrace. Next to these two bedrooms you can enjoy a complete bathroom with shower.
