Family Villa on a quiet hill slope with swimming pool and amazing tree house.
Margaritaâs Villa 4 is one of the five autonomous villas located on the 10,000 square meter grounds of the Margaritaâs Villa complex, surrounded by olive groves and views of the mountains and sea. All the villas are built in such a way that there is full privacy between them.
Margarita Villa 4 is ideally situated between Chania centre and Agia Marina town, near many sandy beaches. The Villa covers 115 m2 and it spreads in two levels, accommodating 4 guests in beds and up to 5 people if necessary.
Ground floor
Entering the villa you will find an air conditioned open plan area with the living room and kitchen. The living room features two sofas, a 32â satellite HDTV, a fireplace and a bluetooth speaker. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen with branded electrical appliances which provides all essentials for a self catered vacation. The kitchen contains a kitchen table as well as a door with direct access to the barbecue terrace and the pool area. The ground floor bedroom features a King size bed (1,60 x 2,10), a ceiling fan and a closet. Finally there is a bathroom with a shower on this level which also contains the washing machine.
First Floor
Situated on the first floor is a sitting area with office space and the second bedroom and bathroom of the villa. The sitting area offers a sofa (0,85 x 1.90), office space and a balcony with mountain and sea views. The air-conditioned bedroom offers a King size bed (1,80 x 2,10) and plenty of closet space. Finally there is a family bathroom with a bathtub on this floor.
Outdoor Area
The outdoor area of the Villa offers views of the olive groves, mountains, and sea and the outdoor facilities include:
- 16 m2 private swimming pool (0,60 - 1,50 m deep) with a childrenâs section.
- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue with a wood oven and sink.
- Outdoor dining area under the shade of a pergola that seats 6 guests.
- Outdoor shower by the pool
- An playground for young children
- Outdoor parking space for up to two cars
Guests will have access and full privacy to all areas indoor and outdoor of each villa. Vegetable garden, outdoor playground and parking are shared with guests from other villas.

One of main advantages of Maragritaâs Villas is that they are located between the city of Chania and Agia Marina/Platanias areas which are the entertainment centres during summer season with easy access to everything you might need for your holidays, such as supermarkets, a huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops.
Margaritaâs Villas are located in the village of Ano Stalos and is a great base for making excursions around Crete as the main national highway is only a few minutes away. The connection to the national road is about 2km from the villa allowing for quick and easy access to many beaches and towns such as Agia Marina and Chania center. When staying at the villa you are in a quiet area in nature whilst being next to everything!
Margaritaâs Villas complex is on the ten acre grounds on a hill slope in a quiet area with mountain and sea views. They are in nature surrounded by olive groves and this relaxing environment allow for lovely walks.
The nearest beach is 3.5 km away and within a few minutes drive away from the villa, you will be able to reach numerous beaches such as Kato Stalos, Agii Apostoli, Golden Beach and Agia Marina beach.
Margaritaâs Villas are only 2km from the historic village of Galatas where the Museum of the Battle of Crete is, a few taverns, a small grocery store, an excellent butcher, a traditional bakery and the local pharmacy, whereby visitors can buy their essentials within a few minutes. Chania city center with the incredibly beautiful Venetian Harbour and the old town is only 8km away.
Staying in our villas offers you an opportunity of total relaxation in a quiet and secluded area with being in small distances to living areas at the same time.

It is not affected by the summer winds. In combination to this, its shallow waters make it ideal for children. The beach is well organized with sun beds, umbrellas and beach bars.
Chrissi Akti beach or Golden Beach as its known, is east of Agii Apostoli 5.5 km from the villa. It actually consists of two sandy beaches separated by some rocks. The west cove is the main Golden Beach whereas the other side is less crowded and organised.
Agia Marina beach shore, 5.5 km from the villa, has lovely consecutive sandy beaches. Along the shore, you will find all the services offered in a well organized beach.
Marathi sandy beach (30km from the villa) has fine sand and shallow calm water, ideal for children. It is very well protected from the winds and has nice views the White Mountains.
